Dr. Shaily Gupta is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of dedicated experience in the fields of gender justice, child protection, and women's empowerment. As a certified PoSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) trainer, she has been instrumental in enhancing workplace safety by sensitizing workplaces, educational institutions, and NGOs regarding PoSH compliance.
As the Founder & Director of Connect2Legal, she has assisted over 100 organizations in navigating legal advisory to ensure compliance with PoSH laws. Additionally, she has acted as an external member of Internal Committees (ICs) in more than 75 organizations, handled 35 complaints, and conducted over 50 capacity-building and skill-building workshops for ICs. Furthermore, she has delivered more than 200 hours of employee awareness sessions and 50 hours of training for managers.
