- Draft and implement a PoSH Policy.
- Form an Internal Committee(IC)
- Conduct regular PoSH awareness & sensitization programs.
- Display posters on employee rights under PoSH.
- File an annual compliance report to the district officer.

As per PoSH Act, every Internal Committee must include one external member from an NGO, legal background, or someone familiar with women's issues. We provide certified and external members for this role
